Here's the planned list of costumes I'm making for the next two cons:

AX-
Felicia from Darkstalkers (Todd is going as Talbain)
White Mage from Final Fantasy Tactics (maybe Dragoon for Todd)

Comic Con-
Twilight Lady (Watchmen)  I shouldn't be excited to cosplay an extremely minor character with a beehive, but I am.
Silk Spectre II (Comic Version of Watchmen)

Of course I'll also be bringing Seras and maybe Balalaika.
