Dansamillion on DA got inspired by Fabric and painted two lovely and evocative illustrations:
Sketch 1, which is an intriguing, dream-like rendering of Sherlock's nightmares (I love how his eye stands out!)

Re-emergence, which is an illustration of chapter 1, just before John and Sherlock meet again.
