(no subject)
Yeah folks I swear, I never update this thing anymore. It's been a long week and very busy. Work has been wacky the last few days.... very busy and running out of food like all hell. Saturday night I had a customer throw his dirty plate at me when he couldn't get his steak cooked super well done. Dumb fucking bastard about sent me into tears. Luckily it was nearly the end of my shift, and I was about ready to cut up my meats, sweep, and clock out. SSomehow this weekend just seemed to bring out the idiot population here in Burlington... I had to deal with many dumb folks tonight too.... one lady asked me tonight who was supposed to cut the meat.... as if my outfit with the bright letters "grillmaster", red jacket, and chef's hat wasn't already a dead giveaway. I swear that folks need an IQ of about 40 to even go out to a restaurant.
I'm in the midst of creating my website for my web design class.... it's a work in process and will take another few weeks to finally be done..... in the meantime you can check out what I've done so far.....

I've struggled long and hard to actually get it the way I wanted it to look.... it takes up a lot of my time outside of work but at least it gives me a good outlet for my creativity. This week I have to come up with the text for it using CSS style sheets.
Went and saw Balls of Fury with Mike Thursday, good solid funny movie but could have been better. I'm looking forward to Rob Zombie's adaptation of Halloween.... hell that looks bloody brutal, and nothing like the original movie from the 70s. There's another one coming out in October that looks awesome too..... Trick or Treat. Supposedly focuses on the more Pagan aspects of Halloween, judging from the looks of it. The preview for it is on the 300 DVD for those that want to check it out :)
Got to run errands tomorrow..... cash and deposit part of my check, fill up my gas tank, take Mom's clothes over to Salvation Army, do my hour walk at the mall. Oh, and need to stop at the library to check out some new X-Files DVDs and pick up Season One of Criss Angel: Mindfreak. My friend at work told me about the show and some of the AMAZING shit he does...... cutting a woman in half and breaking apart and putting a necklace back together as is. So yeah, I'll be getting the DVD and watching his show when I get off work on Tuesday nights. An added bonus..... the man is freaking HOT AS HELL :)
