(no subject)
Damn.... can't believe I'm 27 already. Already started in on the partying last night at Big Shots, drank a strawberry daiquiri w/vodka, and two Smirnoff Triple Blacks. Yeah, I know, not much, but more than than I've drank since mid-June. I got buzzed, but the real fun will be had tonight.... I'm aiming to get good and drunk, a little crazy too. Amanda, Mike and I are going to see Talladega Nights later this evening, and then going to the Beer Tent, maybe hit somewhere else too if we have time.
I already know of two birthday presents I'm getting.... Mike is getting me Sims 2: Open for Business and Whitesnake's Greatest Hits is coming from Amanda. Hopefully, if I get money from my folks at least some of it is going to WWE tickets for the RAW house show in Peoria on Sept. 29th
I did Whitesnake's "Still of the Night", Scorpions' "Still Loving You" (which I ROCK the mic at, btw.... they're going to be kareoke standards for me very soon), Disturbed's "Stupify", and "BYOB" from System of a Down..... hmmmm maybe tonight I'll bring back some good old AC/DC for a change. Maybe throw some Dio and Maiden in there too.
I took WoW off my computer... I know it won't please Michael too much but having that and Sims 2 on my computer was just a bit too much, and having to sink all that extra money into it wasn't worth the trouble. He can play it at John's place anyway, so I'm not real worried. Hopefully Neverwinter Nights: Platinum won't take up quite as much space :).
