I want to apologize to everyone;
I haven't really contacted people since I've left.

Sure, I'll say I'll call, or write... but I never do.
And if you call, or write, most likely I don't respond.

I make up excuses. I make myself busy.

I DON'T LET PEOPLE CLOSE. Very, very few. 
I don't even feel like talking to my family anymore.

I need to see a doctor.
