Can't believe that I'm officially 25! As usual, it doesn't feel much different from the previous year. But it feels a lot different than 20, which is what I could believe I still am! Age is a weird thing, tell you what.
I enjoyed a very lovely birthday with my lovely family. Mom was in town for the weekend, so she finally got to spend my birthday with me, after several years of being apart! We caravanned up to Big Sur Bakery for dinner, enjoying the beautiful drive and the perfect weather the whole way up the coast. Dinner was fantastic and ended with a double serving of fudgey brownie a la mode!
Just a few photos, entirely stolen from my mom and Kat (thanks guys!)

A wonderful end to a most excellent birthday!
the following day I celebrated a full year since adopting the itty bitty Mia, who is certainly not itty bitty now!
and the best way to celebrate with these dogs is heading for the beach!
