No matter how slowly I'm going,
I'm still faster than everyone on the couch.

This is my mantra. Because
I was going really, really slow.
haha I'm tired.
Is this worth it?

I'll be happy if I can just trim off a few inches from my waist.

But I always lose weight first in my FACE. wth?
why can't I lose it where it counts, like my stomach or my ass.

Good news is my body seems to be adjusting well to my new schedule
and I've been waking up at or even before 6AM.
Actually I don't know if that is good news.

Can you guys share with me your exercise routine?
