Zulily has some really cute Halloween stuff up today. The best are the dog costumes!! The kids like the Blue's Clues costume for Tootsie, but I'm leaning toward the turtle or the penguin. They are all so adorable!
I'm also gonna have to get the Spider Bowl and maybe this...

And our crafts this year are going to be something like this and this!

I forgot to look at the Halloween stuff on that site, after getting mad that all the really cute, colorful boots were sold out in my bf's twins' size; would've made great Xmas gifts! Probably shouldn't pull it back up... Don't need to spend money!

I looked at costumes the other day and quickly got frustrated, because the ones I really like are hundreds of dollars! I can put together cheaper versions, but it sucks when you've seen the hella awesome ones, because then nothing cheap lives up to them. :/

I've seen really fun Halloween trees decorated in stores, usually black with a lot of sparky orange, purple, and green ornaments. Just out of my budget right now, although I want one!

yeah I'm trying to stay away from that site, and any online stores, really, since I don't need to be spending all that dough! Holiday season is coming up quickly and I know we'll be spending plenty, shortly

oh and the crafts! The witch legs... I saw little sparkly hats just like that at my local party store for like 99 cents, and then we just stuff it with some garland, and use this sparkly sticker paper stuff we have for the shoes and buckles. I'm thinking pipe cleaners or wire inside the legs to help them stand, and we have tons of fun material for the legs. My kiddos love to make crafts with me and I was thinking I'd make a few to keep and a few to give away! The potion bottles are super easy, and ours will be way cuter than that picture!
