Sign language, huh? [Ritz is looking at her pokemon and very clearly Thinking.] The clan I was in used some signals from time to time, but... Well, since I wasn't a Viera I couldn't do it without being obvious. [Viera. Big bunny ears. She would have looked stupid putting her hands up and letting everyone know what to look for.]
They're kind of... well, women, mostly, I've never seen a Viera guy, and they have big rabbit ears and sharp claws on their feet. [Ritz is fussing with the gear and sort of sketching out what one looks like- it is basically a goofy kid's drawing, since Ritz never drew that much normally.] They taught me a lot about how to survive in the woods and stuff, and how to fight.
[He's almost annoyed that people were doing this before he thought of it, but not too much- being able to give pokémon unspoken commands made an awful lot of sense.]
Is nice to see others think of these things also. Is good to have multiple ways of communication with team.
Have to say have not gone as far as little one seems to have gone- have only started teaching monsters how to follow orders through hand movements rather than them giving sign back.
Dipshit takes long time to learn things it seems, and Failure is just fish, so can not understand what I say anyway..

Though it might be hard for some pokémon with just paws or wings.
