Chi-Town
Okay so we got back from Chicago last night and it was a blast!!!
So Friday on the way up we watched SpaceBalls and 2Fast2Furious and played a TON of euchre...Then we got to Connie's Pizza and it was sweet...when we were almost done Chels got up to go pee and me and Tyler scraped our left over pizza crust and an extra piece of pizza on Chels's plate and the waitress came over right then and asked if she could take the plate and I was like "no she's not done yet, she's got a big appetite" and then Chels came back and was like what the heck, and we told her and the waitress came over and was like are you done yet? You kinda had to be there but it was great, and then I made 3 dollars from Chels, Mr. Zimmer, and Natalie for drinking a lil spoonful of that oil stuff you dip your bread in...sweeet! Then we went to the John Hancock Building and I was kinda scared to touch the glass and everytime i got even close to the edge someone would come from behing me and grab me like I was gunna fall! It was sooo mean! And I went pee way up there, and tried to figure out how long it would take for the pee to get down the tubes all the way to the bottom. Then we went to the Art Museum...yay...it was like everytime you went in one room there was more that you didn't notice the first time...but I think I went in all of them. And there was this dark room with just moving stars and I walked into some guy. sweet. Then me and Josh found the modern "art" which were like smudges or this one said October,31 and I can't remember the year but it was in white and a HUGE black paper...talk about weird. Then there were a lot of ladies with one boob just hanging out chillin...kinda weird but hey, whatever floats your boat. Then we played bs in the lobby for like a half hour cause it was sooo much fun! lol Then we went to the hotel which was sweet. Me and Carolyn decided not to take the elevator but once we got to the 4th floor we changed our minds (we were on the 17th) So we took and elevator to 13 then walked the rest of the way...it was a very nice hotel! we had 2 phones and 2 bathrooms and 2 small beds lol. Outside the window we could see Nate L, Dalton, Josh and Kevin's room and we chatted with them a little bit then we went to Medieval Times. that was quite fun. we got blue crowns and i sat with carolyn tyler nate chase and charlie. me and carolyn were the wenches hah. and the blue knight won of course, because he was ours and we got to eat with our hands and tyler used my napkin and we couldn't get another one! i was sooo mad, but the guy gave me two of the wet cloths, so it worked out just fine. i drank pepsi...it's not too bad, maybe i'll have it more often. Then we were all half asleep on the way back but when we got to the hotel we all woke up! I roomed with Carolyn and Smalls and Jill and our phone was ringing off the hook and we watched tv about this kindergardener who beat up her teacher and got arrested, and then we talked until 3ish.
Then checked out and went to hard rock cafe. It was nice. Saw guitars from Jimi Hendrix, Cheap Trick, clothes from Elton John, Brittany Spears, Madonna and a whole buncha stuff. They played some sweet songs and I got a t-shirt. yay. Then we went to the Shedd Aquarium. The little girl next to me was throwing a fit and kept like hitting herself and grabbing my pants and stuff so FINALLY the mom took her away. We could hear! Then w ewent around...it was pretty boring. Played euchre of course. Found a mountain dew...it was two fricken dollars, oh well! Then walked to the Field Museum. Hung out with Carolyn Nate Danton and Charlie most of the time...ran around downing little turn thingies, played 6 handed euchre...i dont like it...talked...lost nate and charlie, found them, found everyone else, got yelled at to shut up by danton and nate all day. Then left to go to the Navy Pier, it wasn't too bad, I hung out with Marissa and Nate most of the time, then Charlie and Josh joined us. Didn't really buy anything so we just walked around...there was more fricken art. That stuff get's to ya after a while. Then we left and watched the Notebook. I cried a bunch. Farran called. My window broke part open and it was reallly loud, and cold. Then I sat on the floor between Nate and Nick and had to lean up on Nate everytime someone wanted to walk by. waht a blast. Then we just sat and told jokes and chit-chatted for the rest of the time. Great stuff, everyone was kinda cranky Saturday but oh well. The best part was hanging out with my friends the whole time in case you were wondering.
