Manip: Better Together 2
Here's the manip I was thinking about - bit of a cheat really, just adding somebody into an older manip - sadly I don't think it came out as well as I hoped.
It all came about because I stumbled across an abandond fic that had Fred working at Torchwood and - well...she and Tosh would just be totally geeky together.
Also! I think this is who I see at working at Torchwood on Rose's alt!Earth - a word where nobody died.
