Clyde!
I enjoyed that! I like that it's a Clyde episode. I know he's been used more and more this series, but delving into his past and his family is really interesting.
I must have been in fandom way too long...Clyde and Luke act so much like a couple. You know...just from...the way they act to you know...Clyde defending Luke to his dad and then how upset Luke was at the end.
Sarah Jane lite episode! I like that she gets on with Clyde's mum...even if she doesn't hang around long enough for a cup of tea. And the kids are all on their own to save the day this time.
Clyde has a lot of hidden talents doesn't he? He cooks, he draws. And I like his mum! I don't like his dad - though I see where he gets his sense of humour. What was Clyde thinking though! Taking his dad up to the attic? Oh really! He might have wanted to bond and get on with him, but was that really the way?
Rani really is Sarah Jane in training isn't she?
I also like that Mr Smith has an answer phone service! And it was rather foolish of Sarah Jane to try and stop the kids dealing with aliens - like post-it notes would stop them!
Can't wait for next week!
