Woke up around 10am; roommate was sleeping on the couch. Screwed around online, checked out the front door sensor (determines if the front door is open or closed and reports back to my computer). Around 5pm, we went to the new Super WalMart for groceries. My car is getting worse. It's not that my battery is bad; I just have to sit there cranking too long before it starts, causing the battery to die. I spent $16 (roommate has no job/money) on food for us (he picked out most of it). He bought supplies to make French Toast, egg drop soup, and 2 big packages of Ramen. After we got home, I worked on the Home Automation project for several hours. I'm porting it from Visual Basic 6 to Visual Basic .NET 2008 (and learning 2008 in the process). I had a Vodka & Root Beer. It tasted kinda like a Rum & Coke. Randy started to change one of our in-wall light fixtures. When he got the old one off and the new one part-way on, he said "Do you wanna do this?" meaning "I really don't want to finish this, will you?" So I finished it (I do all of the electrical modifications in the apartment anyway). My ear still hurts. Went to sleep about 6am.
