Holmes Zine

Hello everyone!
I was talking with koschei_sigma on Deviantart and we were thinking it would be SO awesome to start up a physical Holmes Zine. I used to be part of a youth group that made one monthly, and how it worked was by choosing roles to different people like 'editor', 'front cover designer' and also organising a list of what people may want to contribute etc. We'd also pick a Theme for each zine we wanted to make, e.g "Comic Book" or "Music" etc
You can submit anything; art, photos, reviews, articles, gossip, fanfics, whatever you like!
Ideas so far
*Get together a bunch of writers and artists who would like to contribute
*Decide if it's monthly, or 3 monthly zine, or how regular
*Make up a PDF which people can then print out OR put together a fund then have them printed and sent out by post (or if someone has the facilities to do this for free?)
*Set up a comm for the Zine holmezine
It would be great if anyone has formatting skills relevant for putting it together too.
