I just noticed that Watson's practice room and Holmes' sitting room have a shared sliding wall.
There's Watson and his patient. And his nude dudes strategically placed in the window, so everybody walking past knows what he likes.
Holmes's armory, all dark and dreary.
And now the wall's gone! Look, there are the nude dudes again.
I find that cute somehow. Even walls can't keep them apart.
