Ooo. Very nice, warm, sleepy, confused, stumbly moment. I like that this is set after Sherlock's return, and he's haunted by his travails, and not willing to do without John's comfort any longer. Lovely.

This is beautiful. I love the image of words as insects, it is really lovely and really creepy at the same time which maybe is perfect for Sherlock. Also the ending, with John resigned to Sherlock's lying and both of them comfortable with each other, especially the way Sherlock takes the mug from John like he's done it before.
