The origin of my screen name

Met holmesfan at the 2009 Bookcrossing Convention in Christchurch 17-19th April. I was asked to explain how I got my screen name, here goes:- My son is writing a book, it is an Irish folklore story, anyway, he was writing away one day when into his head popped a little voice saying, "My name is Skokgitt, I am a Norwegian Forest Cat, and I want to be in your book." My son thought no way, why would I want a Norwegian Forest cat in an Irish folklore story, the feeling became stronger to create this little character, so my son started to include him in the storyline. After awhile he thought perhaps he should actually find out if there was such a breed of cat, so started to surf the net, to his amazement not only was there such a breed, but a lady in Palmerston North (nz) was breeding them from pedigree pairs she had imported from Norway. My son contacted her,found out about them and decided he wanted one. He explained how he was writing a book and what had happened and asked if the name of the cat in his book could be added to the
