Hey, guys, this is like the 2378942789547325th time I've apologized for being a terrible mod - but, well, I'm doing it again. The Kick-Ass discussion post is going up in a few minutes - it's hella late I know, but I'm hoping you all saw it and totally loved it (as, alas, I have not been able to afford it yet. Therefore, I will be painfully avoiding that post, but go ahead and spam it up!)
The Bad (or, more accurately, the Predictable) News:
Movie Night is getting cancelled, for now. I might be bringing it back in a slightly different form in a while, but that remains to be seen. New releases are still going to be partied up, though that is now a separate thing. (And no one is surprised.)
The Good News:
Remember when I said I had something cool in the works? Well, I lied. This time, though, I really do, and it's on a much bigger and more awesome scale than before. The details are still getting worked on, but look for the big reveal sometime this weekend! It involves lots of fun games that everyone can participate in and a healthy competitive spirit. Stuff! Stuff!
The Other News:
There are two outstanding projects that have never gotten completed - the Valentine's Day poetry contest (yeah, wow. shut up.) and the Appreciation Box. Both will see resolution sometime this week - there weren't many poems and it's horribly late so they are ALL winners, and I will personally be making gorgeous prizes, and the Box is, you guessed it, not assembled at all in the slightest. HOWEVER, this means that you still have a chance to e-mail me stuff! Wait for the last-chance-revival post later this week, or just check it out here.
