Looking for Holmes in withdrawal

The fic I'm looking for begins with Holmes overdosing.  Watson gets to him in time, and then Holmes promises to stop doing the drugs immediately.  He gives Watson his bottles, and then realizes he's going to go into withdrawal.  He tries to slink away but Watson stops and he spends several days miserable and sick.

I can't really remember much more, except I think it took place right before DEVI.
