Disabled Sherlock, post Fall fic search

Hi,
I'm looking for any fics where Sherlock is permanently injured/disabled in some way, either by the Fall, or during the Hiatus. Or has a chronic illness. Basically, any fics where Sherlock is less than physically whole, in a permanent way, when he is reunited with john.

This is mental illness, but:

And in this one Sherlock develops a neurodegenerative disorder sometime after his return, but the return isn't really part of the story:
