[ Justin decides to give this a try, as he feels at the end of his own rope. After reviewing his writing carefully, he sends this following message: ]
Subject: Mistaken Identity Body: Greetings, My name is Justin Law. You may be familiar with me, as I post often within the refugee network. Ever since I arrived on Thor, my identity has been mistaken with someone else: the only problem is, that identity is my own.
It is confusing, but allow me to explain. A few people mistaken me as a traitor of the God who I most adore; Lord Death. Others, know me as my true identity: a ceaselessly devout servant of Lord Death and the DWMA. I know it is likely impossible to sway the minds of those who insist on my mistaken identity. I only wish to stand among the others on Thor guiltless and blameless of the atrocities I am accused of.
I am willing to cooperate with any investigation and loss of privacy.
[Welp, if anyone can shed light on this problem it's these guys. So here's a message:]
As I'm sure you're well aware of, the Guide has a penchant for... misplacing jobs. Call it a paranoid hunch, but I've been thinking that these "glitches" are a little more than just random occurrences.
It always seems to place people in the more... ridiculous jobs, and many at a time get signed up for the same one. Both of the modeling jobs this month, for example. A lot of people were signed up that didn't want to. All the 'errors' seem oddly specific, and more often than not the victim of the switch ends up working a horrible job rather than a boring-but-still-tolerable one.
And it never seems to happen to the non-refugees, despite a lot of them getting the same pool of jobs.

[ooc: Not really looking to plot or anything; he's just trolling. Maybe it will entertain the detectives for the day.]
[A few days later, Minato receives a reply. John isn't sure either Sherlock will actually do any investigating, but he thought he should at least acknowledge the message.]
Dear Mr. Arisato,
I've passed your case to the detectives. They will contact you again if their investigation turns up any information that might be relevant to your inquiry.

Dear Mr. Law,
I've passed your case to the detectives. They would need a few more details before they could decide if they would be able to help you or not.
If you'd like to pursue this further, please contact us to set up a time for a meeting.
Sincerely,
John Watson
