You don't need an artist. The artists will choose which stories they want to illustrate, and it is not necessary for a story to have an artist.

You will get an artist! Part of the fun is that an artist will illustrate your fic if you get the rough draft done on time. You have no responsibility to provide one; that's what the mods are here for. :D
