Author's Notes: Written in response to the following prompt on jim_and_bones: I've just woken alone and hungover on a beach I don't recognise, wearing womens' clothing, at 7am in the morning. I have an exam at 9. FML. This was incredibly hard to write and have make sense. And not involve an Andorian named Andy....
"I didn't do it, honest, Bones!" insisted James Tiberius Kirk as his friend and roommate, Leonard H. McCoy, flourished a hypospray in his face.
"I nearly missed my Xenobiology final this morning thanks to your bloody antics!" snarled the doctor.
"Well, if you hadn't insisted on changing into your cadet reds..."
The sound McCoy made then could only be described as a feral growl--and not at all sexy.
"I was wearing a hot pink dress, Jim."
"So?"
"Hot pink," McCoy repeated. "Where the hell did you even get a hot pink dress from anyways, Jim?"
The silence that greeted the doctor's question spoke volumes.
McCoy grinned as realization dawned on him.
"Payback is gonna be a bitch, Jim," he smirked as Jim groaned, finally regretting his latest stunt.
Nobody ever remembered McCoy wearing a hot pink dress, but they certainly remembered his roommate showing up for classes in a hot pink dress a few days later.
