Confusion growing up in the cruel world

I really hope this healthcare reform bill gets passed through congress. Although, I don't really believe it's a perfect solution or that it goes far enough. I'm really tired of how cumbersome our current system is and costly. What I really don't get is why so many people are anti universal healthcare. They really believe it's bad and that you will die if you have to get care under it. When the majority of American's are getting the healthcare advice from watching Grey's anatomy and rubbing head on(Wait Wait Don't tell me quote yo), you would think they would want something. Rather some are afraid the system would collapse if we give people healthcare. What is true, is that when you widen the pot of people using healthcare it provides things like preventative care which reduces the number of ER trips for colds and flu. You have healthy people mixed in which lowers costs for those that do need to use it on a more consistent basis. I don't see how any of this is bad or scary. I suppose the unknown is scary.

Moving is a pain in the ass. I've been busy today boxing shit up and while taking my bed apart I broke the piece that was cracked. I'm not sure what I'm going to do about that. I do need the piece but I should probably replace it with a more sturdy 2x4 type piece. Maybe this just means I have too much shit.
