It has been a long time. A lot has happened, as is to be expected.
Since the first of January, two-thousand and eight, I've fallen in love and found a wonderful partner, researched and developed a research paper on the Academy Awards, spoken truth about myself to many close friends, begun layout and design for Spectator Magazine, turned twenty-one (oh, the age), and have desperately needed an outlet for the stress that has accumulated. It is so good to continually rediscover this site as an opportunity for that...
To begin: Daniel. The "D.L." on the previous post is him. I've found in him an intelligent, passionate, adorable, unique partner. We'd met last summer, things wained, and then as Christmas approached, we began to talk again. He came to see me over Spring Break for a week and I followed him home for mine. This "test" was beyond successful. He makes me feel that feeling that we're all "supposed" to feel in our own specific way. Je t'aime, mon ashke.
And I must interrupt for a moment to come back to this later... Life's little interruptions.
