Over the past few months I feel that God has been trying to portray the message of "Live in the present". Through readings, teachings, experiences etc. I can't help but feel this message resonate with me. I'm not so much talking about dwelling on the past but more about anticipating the future. When we look forward to the future so much we lose out on the experience of right now. In the midst of doing something fun, I would stop and say "I can't wait to do this again" totally cheapening the experience of the here and now. because guess what's going to happen the next time... that's right, I'm only going to be anticipating the the next time People ask me, "so when are you going to have another kid". My response lately is "I'm enjoying Isaac right now." hmmm that's it for now
