My progress or lack there of on my running program is as follows:The most distance i've covered is 2.5 miles in one run and this was at an exceptional slow pace. According to my plan I was suppose to run 3.5 miles during one run at this point. Well I took a week off because I got really sick and I decided to re-do a week due to the fact I simply couldn't do the mileage. Also I just went to the doc for my hip because it's starting to flare up again. Now I have to go to physical therapy for a month as well as get orthodic things for my shoes. With that said I still intend to run the 10k at the end of September. I just need to be consistent even if I am super slow. I don't know about these last 15lbs of baby weight. I feel like if I could get at least 7 uninterrupted hours of sleep it would help my cause... but Isaac doesn't see it that way. :)
