There was a hole punching emergency at work yesterday and long story short, my gluteus maximus muscles hurt like a sonovabitch today. Ouchie!
Glutes make me think of Rodney though ("That did NOT just happen!"), so at least I am amused through my current sitting/standing issues. Heh. Ow.
