Vidding. Vidding is super fun. The editing part, I mean. But that super annoying process of actually getting the clips needs to be stabbed with a giant knife. I hate it with a passion.

Anyroad, earlier today I was getting a clip from "Hero." And naturally I had to re-watch the only decent part of that episode, the part where D'Anna commands the Centurion to shoot her so she can go to the happy place with the Final Five.

So I watch, and right when she gets shot, there's all these important artistic images that flash on screen. They're mostly D'Anna on New Caprica, where she's all confused about Hera, and this all makes sense because we know that Hera is connected to the Final Five in the Opera House, etc etc. But then there was this one shot that was not like the rest. It was from "Downloaded," when D'Anna pulls a gun on Anders. Why was it there? Why was this included in what seems to be quite and important/foreshadowy/thematic little sequence?

The answer is simple. Because Anders is one of the Final Five, and the inclusion of this particular shot proves that later, when D'Anna finally meets the Five and apologizes for not knowing, the one she's speaking to is Anders. She was so ready to blow him away in "Downloaded."  *nods*

Oh, I just remembered the crazy most random ever dream I had last night...

Tricia Helfer and I were both contestants on America's Next Top Model (except we kept calling it American Idol for no apparent reason). We had to walk the runway and I was flipping out because I'm so not model material and she's, well, she's Trish! So I was in my dressing room going, "Holy crap, holy crap, I don't know how to walk in heels!" And she was in her dressing room taking a nap.

Also, I think Joe Mallozzi is addicted to his blog as much as I'm addicted to my flist. Which is willing-to-sell-self-on-seedy-streets addicted.
