I also want to add that I have just started a Smallville screencaps folder on my photobucket account. It's not organized by episode and not complete yet and the caps are not huge (835x480 pixels) but I just thought it might be helpful for smaller pieces and for people who doesn't want to go through 10 pages of caps in an episode looking for scenes of their favourite ship since I'm organizing my caps be character and ship. So far only the Chloe/Lana season 1 and some of season 2 caps are completely uploaded though.
