Louis Braille (January 4, 1809 - January 6, 1852) was the inventor of braille[1], a world wide system used by blind and visually impaired people for reading and writing. Braille is read by passing ones fingers over characters which are made up of an arrangement of one to six embossed points. It has been adapted to almost every known language.

I went to Google and the "Google" title was all in Braille. I was like, "It must be the birthdate of Louis Braille or something" and yes I was correct. I heart Google! :)
The first time I ever encountered braille as a child was on a McDonalds cup. To think, I can't stand McDonalds now, but when I was a kid, we ate there all the time.
Well, time to go to work!
