JRR's Munetaka Higuchi censorship, part 2: JRR bans nekro on Higuchi's birthday.

Following up on my previous post on the subject, I noticed a few hours ago that nekro is no longer a "cypher" in "Limbo". Now he's banned:

The last time I checked JRR was about this time yesterday, and he was still in "Limbo" at the time. I don't know whether he had logged on in between those times (no timestamp on his profile), but I suspect he hasn't been online, because I still haven't heard back from him on the question I asked him about the "Limbo" stuff. I'll ask him, though, and update when I find out more.

So, the bottom line is that nekro was banned from JRR sometime between yesterday morning and this morning my time. That means JRR banned nekro on Higuchi's birthday, Japan time. And yeah, I'm sure they know when Higuchi's birthday is, after nekro (and I, before I was banned, and others) voiced his support of FateOfNorns' idea that if JRR couldn't ready a simple memorial article by Higuchi's death anniversary, his birthday would be another appropriate time that could be posted and would give JRR nearly a full additional month to work on it.

Seems a little too "coincidental", especially given they first kept nekro in "Limbo" for a few days until Higuchi's birthday came around.

There you have it, just in case anyone was wondering whether or not the JRR staff are being petty, spiteful, and purposely disrespectful towards the deceased and his fans.

munetaka higuchi, jrr
