I Could Have Died Today,...

Alright, so to start off, I will update about this past week tomorrow or something, today was a lot more eventful than the past month or so has been.

I could haved died today. T hat is right to my friends and family who actually care about, there could have been nop more kerrhawk if it wasn't for my quick thinking skills. I might be exaggerating this a little bit, but not by much.

So, this morning the parrentals went out food shopping. Me and my little sis were home by ourselves. Kaylin was on the computer and decided she was hungry. What else is new!?! So she goes over into the workroom to get like Chezz-its or something, and calls me downstairs to tell me it smells really bad. I went down there, and in the workroom, it smelled the strongest smell ever of oil or something. I didn't know what was wrong, so I called my Dads cell. Of all time's, he didn't even have it on! It turns out, that he had left it on the kitchen table after I had left two messages for him! So, I called my Grandpa, and he told me to go in there to see if there was any oil on the floor. I went in there, and seriously I was going to be sick! The smell got worse, and I couldn't breathe in there! I told my Grandpa I couldn't see any oil, because I couldn't bear to be in that room any longer! My Grandpa told me to open up the garage door to let the air out, and he told me and Kaylin to go upstairs and stay there. He told us to give him a call back in a couple of minutes. We brought out giunea pig upstairs, which was a sight to see, me climbing up the stairs backwards with this huge cage in my hands, while Kaylin is dropping the other end. Once we were upstairs and I had the guinea pig safely on the kitchen table and not lying all over my body, I was like damn Kabe, it's cold up here! Sure enough, I checked the temperature, and it ha dropped seven degrees from what we had it set on! I put a blanket over the guinea pig's cage, so she wouldn't freeze to death! Then I called my Grandpa back and told him that I was freezing! My Grandma gave us this number to call for gas leaks so Kaylin called it. While she was doing that, I checked the temperature again, and it had dropped another dgree! A degree in two minutes! I called Janine but Kaylin already had called Ale, so her sister was gonig to come get us. My aunt wasn't home, and I didn't want to make my grandparents travel in this weather. Besides, Janine was sleeping anyway! I started feeling light-headed, but I didn't tell Kaylin that, because I didn't want to freak her out. Janine's told us to get out of the house, and so did my Grandpa. I ran across the street to ask my neighbors if we could stay with thm for awhile. My neighbor came across the street to check out was going oon, because he works for Keyspan. Me and Kaylin were like running across the street with the guinea pig, who was in her cage all bundled up. Jeez, the lengths I will go for, for that guinea pig! So we waited at my neighbors for Kaylin's friend's sister to come pick us up. When she came, I wanted to go to my grandparents house, but Kaylin insisted that we go to where Ale was. Ale was working with her Mom at this Laundromat place. That had to be the most awkward thing ever, because I was like helping fold random people's underwear! I also got the feeling that Ale's Mom didn't like us too much, because she speaks Spanish, so I didn't understand what she was saying, and I though that she was talking about us. So, after awhile, we left with Ale and her sister, to go back to Ale's and wait for our Mom. Finally, our Mom called us and came to pick us up. When we got home, it was still kind of cold inside, and the Keyspan guys were working on the problem. It didn't smell as bad either. Turns out the gas burner konked out on us, probably on the coldest day of the year! We got it fixed though, and now it is nice and toasty warm! I am glad I didn't pass out, or freeze to death! What a day!

Oh yea, HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANTS IN THE PANTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are now four years old!
