i was looking through this chest of pictures when i came across some of my father from his childhood and school years.
and amongst them were two pictures of him in high school plays.
i had no idea he did drama, i don't think he ever told me.
but my mom says his junior and senior years he was the star of the school plays.
how cool is that?
it makes me pretty happy that we shared a passion for theater.
he looked really handsome and happy in the pictures too.
and i found this picture of him when he was probably 4 and he was one of the cutest kids i've ever seen. i'm hoping that when i have a son and i name him after my father that he'll look like him.
and looking at these pictures make me miss him, but they don't make me feel sad.
i think that's a good sign.
