Good Times
So... I don't think I've updated in months. Most of the time I can't think of things to say in here anymore.
I went to Laughlin this past week. I hadn't been to the river in like 5 years. It was GREAT. I felt like a bum for not wakeboarding or anything but I felt super drained the whole time. Darn the anemia, darn it all! The first day we lost a blade off the prop and on the way home we lost a wheel on the boat trailer. Amaaazing... haha, seriously though, sitting on the side of the road waving the red flag at people from the back of the boat in the middle of the Mojave Desert... what could be better? The people we went with were so patient and positive. Instead of freaking out we spent the time reflecting on God. Great great great times.
Sara's birthday was the bash of the century... I'm so excited she's coming back to us for good!!!
God's reminded me that He knows me waaaaay better than I do... Every time I finally give up and give that last 1% I've been holding onto to God, He turns my life into a whirlwind, throws in a bunch of things I don't expect, and makes it beautiful, exciting, and filled with joy again. God is sooo amazing and I always know that... but sometimes He gets me good and I absolutely KNOW. My heart is happy :)
