So my friend Bad Kitty is attempting to play Cupid for me, which is odd because usually I'm Cupid for everyone else in my life. (Might I add that I am an amazing Cupid! Two of the couples that I hooked up are married and expecting babies.) She has many derby friends (gals, of course), and she's determined that I shall meet them soon. I'm slightly nervous, but excited nonetheless. I've already started talking to V, who is very hot and seems very fun so far. It'll definitely be an interesting experience, since I haven't been a part of the dating scene in over 5-6 years. I know I'm not ready for something full-fledged right now, but who knows what could happen? I could have a change of heart. I'll never know until I get out there, and I'm just grateful for friends who are understanding and willing to give me that extra hand. Thanks, Kitty. I <3 you.
