Stuff I don't like
Is it me, or does the article here kinda miss the point(s)?
One thing that annoys me is "articles" which scrape the smallest-possible amount of info from something (or in this case, mis-represent the subject matter) while simultaneously insulting reader's reasoning skills.
Avatar raises an awful lot of little ponderances in regard to the wars we are engaged in, where the world itself is heading, use of technology, scientific morality, and so on. Thats part of why I love it so much, outside of the special effects there can be a personal challenge in contemplating the subject matter evenly.
*sigh* speaking of even contemplation, am I wrong to dislike this article's assumptions? or is that by being more accessible more people will think of the deeper meaning when they might otherwise not have considered such questions?
