I just got word that the owner is going to sell this house. The moment that we get the letter that it's on the market, we have 90 days (or more if it takes that long to sell) to get the hell out. In the mean time, I've been looking into buying a lot and building a house on it. I made the blueprints. We will have at least 3 large bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, laundry room upstairs with the bedrooms, and fully finished basement. That's a total of 3 levels. The basement isn't going to have any rooms in it if I can help it. It will take about 2-3 months to build the home. And get this,... We are getting our home delivered to our home. (that was suppose to be funny and stupid on purpose). Anyways it's a prefab multi level. The realestate agent gave me some tips like what kind of loan to get. The loan she suggested was a construction perm loan. This means we are only paying for the work finished as they go. And since it's a prefab, we are just paying for the land untill we can move in. At that point it starts out as a 30yr fixed loan.
And if we can squeaze it in we are still getting married this summer. I am going to try to work at the ren fest this year again to pull in some extra money. Chrissy is going to be really prego then.
Yesturday my cat, Spookey, finally warmed up to me. She is starting to act like Ghost did and will snuggle into me. But she still won't sleep on my bed. Not even if I am there. She will get onto it and crawl over me, but will not rest on it.
Baby Jack is picking up some bad/creative attitudes from daycare. He would've picked it up somewhere, eventually. He is throwing his toys around the room, at people and at things that he can knock over and break. Lately Jack's been throwing his toys into the center of the room and then running around the pile histarically laughing. He did this on Friday for about 2 hours before I decided that he really should just go to bed.
He is screaming if he doesn't get his way untill things change. Most of the time, I ain't having that shit! But I've caught myself just trying to shut him up. And then I realized, HE HAS ME TRAINED!!! It hit me when I was feeding him something he liked. He started eating it and then he spotted his cherios. He screamed and waved his hand in the direction of his bowl that I had moved out of the way. Without thinking I moved it back in front of him. He hadn't had anything but Cherios all day and he needed something real. But he wasn't having it. If I had his real food anywhere near him he flipped out. HE WASN'T HAVING THAT SHIT!!!
But here's something new and very much like Bleu Rose. He had this stupid bird toy or something. Something that might've come out of a happy meal or crackerjack box. Anyways, he kept throwing a fit because Bleu had it. I told her to give it back, but as soon as my back was turned he was screaming again because she had it again. This was going on for far too long. Like 7-10 times I was jumping on her. She kept saying that he was giving it to her. So I said,"Don't take it from him!" And I watched. Sure enough, he was trying to hand it to her. She looked up at me, like "What now?" I shook my head, no. Then he threw another fit because he couldn't force it into her hand. He wanted me to yell at her. Like we were some sort of reactive toy set for him to push buttons on. Mark it on the calender, folks! My son's first vindictive manipulation! Jeremy wasn't sure to be proud of how smart he was or disaplin him for what he was doing. We disaplined him anyways. Bleu had to help by ignoring him untill he decided to play nice.
Well that's about it. Now I am going to go play Kingdom Hearts 2. It rocks!
