Today: Matt's birthday.
His facebook board has filled with wellwishings from debaters across the nation.
I can't help but think that yes, they probably love him, but they would never have so much as spoken to him if he hadn't become as good as he has.
That's sad, because he could be so much more than his debate career.
It's mine and Shana's two month anniversary tomorrow. That's kind of crazy. It's kind of crazy that lots of people here, I probably won't see for about a month. Since I've been living with them. It'll be nice, though. My roomie is the sweetest person I've ever met, but I've gotten to the point where I'm sick of being around her. Of course, I've been sleeping with Shana-pooh lately, so I guess that helps.
It'll be strange to go home, not having seen anyone there for months, or even done a good job keeping in touch. I miss everyone so much. It should be the opposite, but people back home seem much more interesting and diverse than people here. Fuck the 97 countries represented. We don't have any Emilies in our choir...
