Navy.
So here I go again thinking about all of the things that I would like to accomplish in my life. You know the things that I want to do. The only problem is the lack of anything to help me get there. I mean no job, money, friends. I mean i do have friends, but they are all in different states in the Us. I mean ALL over the map. My family is no differen for that matter. But yea..
So i have probibly posted before about my thoughts of joining the Navy. Only now it's not a mere thought. I'm actually going to do it. I guess that last step that pushed me over was when my friend called me up and said, "hey Holly, I'll be your buddy when you do enlist." So I'll be in the Navy, plus have a friend there with me. Hello! Awesome.
Okay, I still have some cosmetic issues with the military in general. No visible tattoos after joining, no facial piercings, and a limit to the ear piercings, plus i'll have to cut my hair. I know it sounds "valley girl-ish" but i hate the way i look with short hair. I mean anything about my brastrap(across the back) in my opinion is too short for me. lol. I just like long hair on me..lol I like all of my ear piercings and my monroe and the freewill to get more at any given time. the same goes for the tatts. ugh. I guess that ill have to find a way to fool the peeps without getting in trouble..lol
The ASVAB. need I say more. I mean darn it. For the love of all things good, why in the world is that test necessary? That and that darn FCAT! Ugh i hated FCAT wheni was in school. It was just another thing to help the teachers get a bonus if they where an "A" school. Ha. not. I FAIL! lol..(I didn't..but still) I mean the fact that a student can get straight "A's" the whol 4 years of HS but not graduate because of the FCAT really baffles me. so yea. ASVAB. I have pretty much forgotten anything mathwise..I FAIL at it in the worst way.
You want to laugh? This is how bad it was the other night before it all registered again. It took me an hour to do 6 algebra equations..lol LAME! And i still suck, i just am starting to remember some things..ugh..
