My Crazy Weekend
Friday, it started out innocent enough. Shona(a girl on my hall)and I were gonna go out to Walmart and the movies. It all got messed up somehow. Her boyfriend called and wanted her to go and see him Friday, but her mom wouldnt let her go b/c her car is messed up and she didnt know if it would last the whole 3 hours there and 3 hours back. So she ended up not going. We started watching a movie in her room when one of her friend, Tyrell, called from Winston Salem State and said that he and one of his friends, Julieus was going to be coming up and visiting her. Well after that, it was a mad dash to get a shower and dressed, and hair did. It was crazy. After we got the boys at about 11 pm, we went back to Shona's room and watched another movie. The movie just ended up being turned off b/c we really didnt have that good of a movie selection, so we just started watching tv. Finally at around 3:30am, we decided to go to waffle house. The first one we visited, we too slow, the second one had a big group of people in there with police outside, so obviously, we didnt go to that one. Finally we ended up going to Carolina Diner, a place on Lee St., where one watress had teeth rotting out of her head and the other wator had a drifting eye. It was crazy. We didnt end up going to sleep til around 5am that morning. Yeah, now much sleep happened that night. They guys left around 9am Sat morn and i went to my room and slept til 2pm. lol. it was great.
Saturday after I got up, I was just walking around like a zombie. I called Melanie though, she goes to Guilford College, and we went out of Bojangles, watched Madagascar the movie, and went to TJ Max and made fun of the crazy clothes there. We had so much fun. Once TJ Max kicked us out of the store, we went back to Guilford to hang out for a while and just sat and talked for a while. I miss my Mel. It is weird talking to people from snm and not be at snm. It is weird having these freedoms which i kinda had, but not really. Like i dont have housekeeping, check, and i dont have to sign out to go anywhere or get permission to spend the night off somewhere. It is just so weird.
Sunday i got up at 11am and took a shower. It was a girls day out. So much fun. Mexican food for lunch and The Four Season Mall for SHOPPING!!!!! Me, Laura and Chesley went shopping for concert outfits. They have to perform in concerts this week and they needed all black clothes that they liked and that fit the dress code for them. It was soo much fun!!! 4 hours of shopping on one sunday afternoon. What could be better than that? Nothing that I can think of.
This was just such a busy weekend. I loved it.
