So my father calls me today, JUST to tell me that he saw Twilight.

Apparently they were showing it on his flight from Detroit to Nevada. I have to say that hearing my father talk about Edward Cullen was one of the funniest things I've ever heard.

He was asking me all of these questions about why they can go out in the sun, and if Edward dies at the end of the series, and what the whole deal with "that Indian kid with long hair" was. I was trying so hard not to laugh. It was pretty hilarious. Something that I never thought would ever happen.

But all in all, he liked it, but he said that he wished he could have seen some more vampire killings. Haha...he said there wasn't enough action for him. So funny.

In other news, I registered for classes today, and I'm pretty excited about it. I finally picked my Theme, so I feel a lot better about that now. I was originally going to go with the Religion Theme, but after thinking about it and going over all of the classes and such, I ultimately decided on the Gender and Sexuality Theme.

I know it seems kind of weird that I chose this Theme, considering I have such a conservative personality. But I think it will be challenging for me to face these issues and learn more about them. There is a BIO 325 course, which is the Biology of Sexuality, which is what I am most interested in, seeing as how I am a BMS major. And I figured that Religion is something that I already know, whereas I don't know a lot about Sexual Identity. I think it will ultimately be very good for me.
