Alright. I want to eat--but I am posting.

Alright, well, One of my teacher is a heinous bitch from hell, and she makes us go in at 6:00 in the morning.. I didn't have time for coffee from home so I had to settle for 'low-fat' bullshit. Anyway, also I made up a test during most of lunch, so that was convienent, but I was force fed two cookies by my guy friend because he just thought it was freaking hilarious. damnit.

So... Onto the official Count:
Med. Low-fat Cappicino (I know I butchered the spelling...)
2 cookies (goddamnit!)
1 no calorie drink
1 regular 'cup o joe' with hazelnut creamer
1 bowl of mini wheats w/ skim milk.

TIP: I have horrible cravings, and I'm just now getting back on track, so no fasting yet. Anyway, if you ever have a craving that you just have to eat, eat something with lots of fiber in it (i.e. mini wheats, or rasin bran) #1 it's very healthy, #2 it will keep you full for a LONG FUCKING TIME.
