I'm coming on like a hurricane...
I can't believe I'm even saying this, tbh. I normally couldn't possibly care less about fashion or "celebrities" (I use that term lightly in this sense) or anything of the sort.
But yeah. Wow. That ivory/white dress Michelle Obama wore for the Inaugural Ball was RIDICULOUSLY unflattering. The color suits her well, but that thick, asymmetrical single strap thing was just god-awful on her. Not only was the dress poorly designed in general, IMO (wtf was with the waist?), but the lone strap made it look like she'd gotten snagged on something and torn part of the dress off trying to get free. O_o
I mean, correct me if I'm wrong, but she looks like she's built sort of Amazonian, amirite? Quite tall and leggy, broad shoulders, et cetera, much like myself? REEEEEEALLY not a flattering cut of dress on such a stunningly beautiful woman. I was actually shocked to see photos of it just now.
Anyway, that being said, I'm going to distance myself from the mindset of Perez Hilton & his ilk and go read a book to make up for the word pollution I just leashed forth onto the Intarwebz.
