After much waiting and worring to hear what Blue Cross/Blue Shield would say, I decided to give them a call. The person I spoke to said that most of the offers have already been made, and the remaining postcards have been sent out today. While there are some offers that haven't been contacted, and of couse some people can decline, the stance is that if you haven't recived a call yet, then you probally don't have an offer waiting. This means that I'll have to get a birth certificate from Michigan so that I can compleate my application for a firefighter. Thankfully I found a place that can get my Birth record for only $26, so I'll be getting it when I get paid on Friday, unless against all odds I actually get a phone call from Blue Cross.
