weekend recap and planning
This weekend the girls and I continued to carry our cough and feel icky (stupid allergies). But we managed to get some things accomplished.
-weekly grocery shopping about $30 under budget
-cars washed. Honestly I don't remember the last time I washed a car, but now we have pretty clean cars and the girls enjoyed the water hose.
-trip to aquarium - oh my gosh waaaaayyyyy too crowded. I think the rest of our summer visits will require me to take a day off of work to visit
-trip to ToysRUs - so much fun and to shop, look and play with the whole family
-trip to B&N - also much fun to look and read together.
This weekend it is off to Monticello to see the parents. We will have a full house this weekend as all the siblings will be in town. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I don't return next week stressed and that we all won't kill each other :0 Sadly, this may be the last time I get to see my brother before he goes back overseas - this time to Iraq unless they change his assignment. This visit will be kind of bitter sweet and I'm hoping to really focus on the positives and enjoy it. Oh yeah, and attempt to stay cool!

Now I must focus on staying good and eating the lunch I packed... of course NOW I'm craving PB&J. Why didn't I think of that this morning when I was packing my lunch?
