Oh, I have a fresh Pleasantview. I reset the hood after I extracted all the characters and rebuilt the neighborhood in a custom hood. What I want is to add those families to the rebuilt hood. Is there a way to easily extract them from the reset hood to put in the rebuilt one. God! I hope you get what I am asking. It sounds so confusing when I re read what I wrote.
Holley you can extract them, clone them with the reset hood in the game, then go over and make them in the CAS of the new hood. That's how I got Daniel Pleasant and Loki Beaker in my legacy hood last heirship challenge except I didn't need to reset the base hoods as they were still unplayed.
So you loaded a fresh Pleasantview (with all the original families) but re-built it in a custom 'hood, too? Well, if you've got the fresh Pleasantview then you can just extract the sims using SimPE, then they will be right there in your saved sims and available in CAS.
Why not just play the fresh Pleasantview? lol You can always use the SimBlender to fix relationships they way you want them and such.
I went searching yesterday and couldn't find them. I found all the hoods, but didn't see the Sims. I was hoping someone from Maxis-Taste would see this post. I am sure I can find the houses somewhere else. Thank you again!

But you'll have to rebuild the families in Cas, there's no way to get the complete families at once.(We do not have lots, tho)
