Question! As a reader, when is an author's update worth it and when is it annoying because it's too short?

I hope I'll write lots too! Can I answer a prompt with a chapter instead of a complete fic? Is 750-1000 words an okay size for a chapter or is that too short?

However you want to do it. Chapters can just get the same tag, or new ones if you want to use the prompts to write the chapters. And any length is fine.

Heh, I like this! The last sentence was especially awesome--it totally personified Aurelianus for me, as a man more concerned with money and workmanship than the person (simulacrum) he's supposed to be helping. Also, the "mangled bird carcass" line made me chortle. So sardonic! ♥
