I love Jake and his wacky intent that this lucky chair is going to solve a problem that he hasn't even shared with Paul yet, and I love that to Paul this kind of behavior from Jake seems completely normal.

I also totally love the dialogue. So AWESOME! ^_^ From the second Jake informs Paul that Paul has a crush on him, to his asking Paul to the prom after he rejects Paul's unromantic attempt.
