Mainly about today
I have a little less than a month in Indiana. If everything goes according to plan I will be leaving 9/26ish and arriving in Portland, OR on 10/1ish. I am living back home with the Denbys for about a month in the meantime, bleh. This last little bit is going to drag like crazy. All my stuff is packed up and unpacking it would be too much of a hassle just to do something like play some videogame. I do have to repack though due to the hurried nature of my initial pack. I’m finally down to just one job so I’m not working literally every single day. It’s going to be nice to finally move and work just 40 hours a week and hopefully making more money.
Speaking of money I have a descent amount saved up to move from said working. It sucks though sitting on all this cash and waiting. It was one thing when I didn’t really have any free time to spend it but now I think I may crack a little. Just in the course of today I’ve almost gone out to buy and Xbox 360 just to play that Dead Rising game and almost ordered an Imac. Fortunately I’ve been able to resist the temptation, mainly because I don’t need anything more to pack.
One nice thing that happened today was I gave away a bunch of art. I have way too much, some are just too big, and others I just don’t really care for. So instead of dumping huge amounts of art into some dumpster it was nice to give it to friends who hopefully will enjoy it.
